50-minute session: $150
Insurance
Your medical insurance may reimburse you for my services on an out-of-network basis. The amount is determined by your medical insurance company.
If you wish to use your medical insurance, we will provide you with a receipt suitable for you to file, containing the information your insurance company needs for any reimbursement on an out-of-network basis (a Superbill).
If you choose to use your medical insurance, please let me know at your first session so that a Superbill can be prepared and sent to you.
Payment
Cash, check and major credit cards accepted. I also accept HSA/FSA cards.
